Investigative Help When It Becomes a Case.
GSP provides investigator-developed safety education, prevention training, protection guides, and practical toolkits for families, individuals, schools, churches, caregivers, and community organizations. When a safety concern develops into a case requiring formal investigation, clients may separately request access to CPIA's licensed investigative services.
Important: GSP is a prevention, education, and safety-resource program. Membership does not include surveillance, background investigations, missing-person investigations, evidence collection, legal representation, or other formal investigative casework. Investigative services require separate case acceptance, authorization, agreement, and fees.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or your local law enforcement agency immediately. GSP is not an emergency-response service.

When Prevention Becomes a Case
GSP provides prevention education, preparedness resources, and general safety guidance. Some situations require formal investigative action. You may need a licensed investigator when:
A child or vulnerable person is missing
You suspect grooming, exploitation, or predatory conduct
Someone is being stalked, threatened, or repeatedly harassed
A suspicious person or identity must be lawfully verified
Fraud or deception has caused actual financial loss
Evidence must be collected, analyzed, or formally documented
Witness interviews, field inquiries, records research, or surveillance may be required
Law enforcement or an attorney needs an organized investigative report
